Alex Tan is an NCCP Competition Development - Trained coach, who was searching for a program focused on providing athletes with high-performance training and exposure to collegiate opportunities. Then he found Canada Futures. 

Alex joined the Canada Futures Coaching Staff in 2025 and is currently coaching with the U17 Fury10A who were the 2025 U15 Provincial Champions. Alex brings many years of success on the diamond coaching both softball and baseball.

Having grown up playing competitive minor sports, Alex values a development-first, athlete-centered approach and is committed to supporting players in their long-term growth on and off the field.
