Camp/Event Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us! We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair practices for all participants. Please review our refund policy below:

1. 30 Days or More Before Camp/Event Start:
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the camp/event start date are eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future camp, minus fees incurred.

2. Less Than 30 Days Before Camp/Event Start:
• Cancellations made less than 30 before the start date will receive a full credit minus fees incurred toward a future camp/event for the registered participant.

3. Camp/Event Cancellation:
• In the unlikely event that the camp is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, minus costs incurred, or the option to transfer to a future camp date, depending on availability.

4. Medical Emergencies:
• If a participant needs to withdraw from camp/event due to a medical emergency, a full credit to a future camp will be issued, minus fees incurred, provided that appropriate documentation (doctor’s note, etc.) is submitted.

5. Refund Processing:
• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the cancellation request is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
