Coach Curtis Ureta began his coaching journey in 2010 in Maple Ridge, where he spent eight years developing athletes and leading teams to both provincial and national competitions. He continues to coach with the Tri-City Titans, where he also served as Vice President and Coaching Director for four years, contributing to program development and coach mentorship.

Throughout his career, Coach Curtis has coached athletes from U9 to U18, bringing a strong foundation in long-term athlete development and age-appropriate training. In 2025, he was selected as a coach with Canada Futures, gaining valuable international experience while coaching in Texas and California.

An NCCP Softball Competition Certified coach, Curtis is deeply passionate about coaching and values strong collaboration among coaching staff. His philosophy focuses on developing the whole athlete—mind, body, and character—encouraging players to embrace failure as a vital part of growth while fostering resilience, empathy, and teamwork that extend well beyond the game.
