Noel Sharman brings a wealth of experience and passion to Softball. Former head coach of U17A and U19A Abbotsford Outlaws teams as their head coach, with over two decades of coaching and leadership in sport and education. As head coach of the Outlaws 07 Rep A and B teams since 2018, Noel has led the team to over 180 wins, multiple provincial and district titles, and podium finishes at prestigious tournaments like the Kelowna Sizzle Champs and Canada Cup.

In addition to his coaching success, Noel is a seasoned educator and the principal of Promontory Heights Elementary in Chilliwack, BC. He’s also been part of the Canada Futures coaching staff and has a decorated playing background, including eight provincial titles and national recognition with Turbo Fastball Club and at the SR. A level with the Vancouver Grey Sox.

Noel is NCCP Level 3 Certified and is known for his player-centered coaching philosophy focused on development, leadership, and lifelong impact both on and off the field.
